Welcome to GetEZ (hereinafter referred to as “GetEZ,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our delivery services through the GetEZ platform (mobile application/website) for food, grocery, parcel, and pharma deliveries. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
By using GetEZ, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.
GetEZ provides delivery solutions for:
Food Delivery – from partner restaurants.
Grocery Delivery – from local and partnered stores.
Pharma Delivery – medicines and healthcare essentials (subject to valid prescription where required).
Parcel Delivery – small packages and documents (within permissible weight and size).
We act as a facilitator between customers and merchants/delivery partners. GetEZ is not the manufacturer, seller, or producer of goods delivered (except where explicitly stated).
Provide accurate details (delivery address, contact number, payment info).
Ensure availability at the delivery location.
For pharma orders, upload a valid prescription where required.
Do not send illegal, restricted, hazardous, or banned items via parcel delivery.
Prices displayed include product cost (where applicable), taxes, and delivery charges.
Payments may be made via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or cash-on-delivery (COD) (where available).
All payments are final; refunds will follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Orders may be cancelled by GetEZ or the merchant due to unavailability, incorrect details, or regulatory restrictions.
Customers may cancel within the permitted time frame shown at checkout.
Cancellation charges may apply.
Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
Once an order is handed over to the customer (or authorized recipient), GetEZ is not responsible for loss, damage, or spoilage.
For contactless delivery, responsibility passes once the order is left at the specified location.
You agree not to use GetEZ for:
Delivering prohibited items (alcohol, narcotics, explosives, weapons, counterfeit goods, etc.).
Misuse, fraudulent transactions, or unlawful activities.
Harassment or abuse of delivery partners or customer service staff.
Medicines are delivered only through licensed pharmacies.
Prescription drugs require valid prescriptions; fake or invalid prescriptions will lead to cancellation and possible reporting to authorities.
GetEZ is a facilitator and is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of items supplied by merchants.
For parcels, we do not guarantee against loss, theft, or damage beyond our stated liability limits.
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order or ₹1,000, whichever is lower.
Refunds are provided only in cases of order failure, wrong delivery, or non-delivery.
Perishable goods (food, groceries, medicines) are non-returnable.
Refund timelines may vary depending on payment method (usually 5–7 working days).
Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data for order processing, customer support, and service improvement.
GetEZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
Violate these Terms,
Engage in fraudulent activities, or
Misuse the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Manendragarh.
